Please contact Jero before booking if you are pregnant, have a sound-induced seizure condition, have implanted medical devices, are recovering from a recent injury or procedure, have significant sound sensitivity, or have a health concern that may affect your participation. If you are under medical or mental-health care, seek advice from your qualified practitioner first.

Nature of the service
Taksu Sound Healing offers complementary spiritual, cultural and wellbeing experiences. Nothing offered by Taksu Sound Healing or Jero Mangku Dalem is medical, psychological, psychiatric, physiotherapy or other health treatment, and no diagnosis, treatment, cure or particular result is offered or implied. Information on this website is general in nature and is not health advice.
Your health and responsibility
You take part voluntarily and at your own discretion. You are responsible for telling Jero, before your appointment, about any health condition, pregnancy, injury, implanted device, sensitivity to sound or vibration, or other circumstance that may affect your participation, and for seeking advice from a qualified health professional where appropriate. Do not stop or change any medical treatment because of an experience offered here. You may pause or end an appointment at any time.
Consent
Any placement of instruments on or near the body, any touch, and any ceremonial element is explained beforehand and only takes place with your agreement. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Water, outdoor and ceremonial settings
Some experiences take place outdoors, near water, on uneven ground or at sacred sites. Please follow all guidance given, wear suitable clothing and footwear, and respect local customs. You are responsible for your own personal belongings.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, Taksu Sound Healing and Jero Mangku Dalem are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant appointment or product.
Bookings, payments and gift vouchers
Appointments are confirmed only when Jero has agreed a time with you. Prices and any postage are confirmed before payment. The cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to every appointment. Gift vouchers are valid for the period shown on the voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Photography and privacy
Photography or recording during an appointment takes place only with the agreement of everyone involved. Personal details you share are used only to arrange and support your appointment, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version on this website when you book applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Cancellation & rescheduling policy
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or moved with 48 hours' notice or more can be rescheduled at no cost, or any payment made in advance refunded in full.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and appointments missed without notice, may forfeit any payment made in advance, as this time was reserved for you.
- If you arrive late, the appointment may need to be shortened so that the next guest is not delayed.
- If Jero Mangku Dalem must cancel or move an appointment — for example because of illness, a ceremonial obligation, or unsafe weather — you will be offered a new time or a full refund of any payment made in advance.
- Gift vouchers are not refundable for cash, but the appointment date may be changed under this policy.
- Refunds are made using the original payment method where possible. Any fees charged by the payment provider (such as PayPal) are not refundable.
- To cancel or reschedule, message Jero on WhatsApp or by email. The time of your message is used as the time of notice.
